Ove gives a talk at the 5th Conference on Constraint-Based Reconstruction and Analysis (COBRA 2018)

Ove gave a presentation with the title "Model-based prediction of functional SNPs suggests factors for metabolic diversity and drug resistance across human-associated Mycobacterium tuberculosis" at the 5th Conference on Constraint-Based Reconstruction and Analysis (COBRA 2018). The conference was held October 14-16 2018 in Seattle, WA, USA.

He talked about a new model-based method that developed in our group (in collaboration with experimentalists) that allowed us to predict the metabolic effects of genetic variation in M. tuberculosis and identify functional mutations that could help explain key phenotypic differences between strains.
